About Advantix
Advantix is a veterinary parasiticide brand by Bayer/Elanco, offering monthly topical spot-on protection against fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, and sandflies for dogs. Notably, Advantix is dog-only and must not be used on cats, as the active ingredient permethrin is toxic to felines.
The dual active ingredients imidacloprid and permethrin provide broad external parasite coverage.
