The active ingredients — imidacloprid and moxidectin — work on contact, so fleas don't need to bite before being affected. Imidacloprid also kills flea larvae in the immediate environment, helping interrupt the flea life cycle rather than just treating the dog. Moxidectin provides heartworm prevention and covers roundworm, hookworm, and whipworm. Each pack contains three pipettes, providing three months of protection.
