Greenies Fresh Petite Dental Treats are daily dental chews for small dogs, built around the same toothbrush-shaped design as the rest of the Greenies range but with an added focus on breath freshness. The Petite size suits dogs roughly in the 7 to 11 kilogram range.
Each chew has a soft, flexible texture that lets the dog's teeth sink in to the gum line, helping scrape off plaque and tartar build-up on the tooth surface as they chew. The Fresh recipe includes mint and parsley-style ingredients aimed at reducing the bacteria that cause bad breath, on top of the standard blend of vitamins and minerals. They're intended as a once-daily treat and are developed by the Waltham Petcare Science Institute.
